magnify360 is currently seeking a Client Technical Support Engineer.
The Technical Support Engineer is a member of magnify360's Client Success Team, the largest group in the organization and the team responsible for executing and managing client projects. The Client Technical Support Engineer will assist magnify360's clients with a wide variety of implementation initiatives. He/she is responsible for performing quality checks to ensure that implementation has been executed effectively. Although it's not a programming position, it is a highly technical role that also includes regular client interaction, so strong interpersonal skills are important. This role is charged with troubleshooting implementation issues, JavaScript errors, ActionScript errors, and product functionality. The Client Technical Support Egnineer communicates with clients throughout the troubleshooting process, escalating important issues when needed and coordinating with magnify360's engineering department to ensure timely closure of issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML and Web protocols
- Extensive knowledge of how the Internet and websites work
- Exceptional organizational, presentation and communication skills - both verbal and written
