magnify360 is currently seeking an Enterprise Account Manager.

The Enterprise Account Manager is an integral member of magnify360's Client Success Team, the largest group in the organization and the team responsible for executing and managing client projects. The Enterprise Account Manager is the single point of communication to magnify360's Fortune 500 accounts in the ecommerce, lead generation and paid search space.

The Enterprise Account Manager reports into the Director of Client Success and works closely with the Sales Team on pre-sales efforts and with Tech Team on client integration with the magnify360 Platform and other technical aspects of client projects. As a result, it's paramount that the Enterprise Account Manager has excellent communication skills with a deep understanding of online marketing technology and systems. Additionally, the Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for project strategy, management and launch, the success and growth of accounts as well as fostering client fluency in the magnify360 Platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • 4-7 years of marketing experience at a highly trafficked or high transaction online company or interactive agency
  • History of managing relationships and launches with Fortune 500 organizations
  • Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS), multivariate testing systems, SEO/SEM, PPC, and Web analytics software
  • Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and Web protocols
  • Strong project management skills and knowledge of product and technical support functions
  • Availability for light to moderate travel
