magnify360 is currently seeking a Senior Web Engineer.

The Sr. Web Engineer is a member of magnify360's Client Success Team, the largest group in the organization and the team responsible for executing and managing client projects. The Sr. Web Engineer acts as the lead on client's Web implementation efforts and works closely with magnify360 Account Managers to organize customer requirements. Because this role collaborates with Account Managers, Sales and clients frequently, it requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to break down technical jargon and ideas into layman's terms.

The Sr. Web Engineer is responsible for systemically solving customer support issues and interfacing with R&D resources on customer enhancements and requirements for product related changes. Because this role is also charged with designing clients' microsites, the Sr. Web Engineer is responsible for HTML and CSS to set-up on the magnify360 Platform and QA. In addition, duties include creating the logic behind client's microsite and optimization projects as well triggers (branching to another page), mapping to 3rd party CRM or email systems, connector set-up, traffic control, pURL creation and tagging. The Sr. Web Engineer is responsible for recommending improvements on how to effectively optimize and streamline the implementation process as well as responsible for training and managing development contractors.

Qualifications:

  • BS, MS preferred in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 3-5 years experience building high traffic websites and Web operations at large digital media or ecommerce companies
  • Advanced experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with AJAX and other Web 2.0 technologies
  • Intermediate to advanced experience in XML and XSL
  • Intermediate experience with MS SQL. HTML, DHTML, CSS 2.0, XML, XSL, JavaScript, JSP, ASP and possibly, CGI scripting, Perl, Visual Basic, C++, Java.
  • Experience leading a team of highly skilled Web engineering professionals
